Mike Murray Music, LLC – Kunaki CD Purchase Terms & Agreement
Please read the following terms carefully before making your CD purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Product Fulfillment by Kunaki, Inc.
All physical CD orders are fulfilled and shipped by Kunaki, Inc., an independent, fully automated, on-demand CD manufacturing and distribution service. Mike Murray Music, LLC is not affiliated with Kunaki beyond product creation and order forwarding.
2. Products Sold “As Is”
All CD purchases are final and sold "as is" due to the automated nature of Kunaki’s service, and the rigors of the shipping process. Kunaki cannot accept returns, process exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances including loss, delay, or damage during shipping, or product defects.
3. No Cancellations or Modifications
Orders are processed automatically, often within hours. Once submitted, they cannot be modified, canceled, or recalled. Please double-check your order details before submitting.
4. Customer Support
In the rare case of issues with the CD (e.g., a manufacturing defect or shipment concerns), you may contact Kunaki directly via email at CustomerService@Kunaki.com. While such issues are uncommon, we appreciate your understanding that Mike Murray Music, LLC cannot intervene in the production or shipping process.
5. Shipping Details
• U.S. shipping and as of 06/20/2025 -- Kunaki is shipping internationally to many countries again.
• Estimated delivery time: 7 business days (may vary based on chosen shipping method and other factors).
• 90% of orders ship within 24 hours when placed before noon (Pacific Standard Time).
• Shipping delays, losses, or damage are outside of our control, and we cannot be held liable for such occurrences.
6. Available Formats
Product images are representative and may vary slightly from the actual shipped product. We're skipping the plastic to do our part for the planet. #GlobalWarning #SevenStories.
7. By completing your purchase, you agree to accept the product as-is and understand that Kunaki and the seller disclaim any warranties, express or implied, regarding the condition, functionality, or performance of the CDs. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not proceed with your order.
8. Accepted Payment Methods
Kunaki accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PayPal, money orders, and checks are not accepted.
